Thanks alot for replies, The guy who wrote my chip for me (Zodqi racing , Malta) has told me it does not need remapping as map sensor-air temp sensor tell the ecu what is needed re fueling etc...

That is incorrect, like with any computer it is only as good as it's programming, in this case 'Maps'.
The sensors feedback information to the ECU of the values they see, these are them referenced against the relevant map and then a signal is sent to it's outputs.
By changing the engines VE, as you have done in this case by changing the exhaust housing means those maps will need to be replaced, i.e. remapped, the exhaust housing is crucial to the MAP!
