Default Cossie Engine Breathing

Hi Folks,

Quick one, Stage 3 engine, can you have the engine breathing TOO much?

Currently breathing from both sides of the block, should i breath from the cam cover as well ?

Thanks

most set ups ive seen always breath from the back of the cam cover, inlet side

if you look at the underside of the cover it has a section ready for you to drill out

Yeah that is true about the cam cover but......................
If you return it to the block on the other side below the turbo, it will be ABOVE the oil line which is no good because the engine will naturally try to breath out it.

How he is doing it is perfect as he is breathing from both sides and oil is returning back to sump returning BELOW oil line .

I am doing actually this on my 4x4 and it is working fine

yeah, always best to return to below oil level, most people put/weld a union joint near the sump plug or on the exhaust side
