Default fuel line banjo size

im going to get some braided fuel lines made tomorrow by a hydraulic hose company called hyphose. they made a set for my escort rs turbo a few months back in -6 but the hole in the banjo looked really small so was wonderd if anyone had a picture of there own banjo or what the smallest size hole to flow enough fuel for a stage 3 cossie.

also would -6 be ok for a cossie?

How many holes are in the banjo bolt and what are their diameters?
