Default cosworth cilender head prices.. what they go for?

thinking of selling my standard 4x4 head and upping for a ported with bd14 in and a bd10 exsorst. just wondering what im expected to get for mine and what the prices are for uprated ones?
this is not a forsale post and im not asking for a uprated head, just asking what the prices are out there mods..

depends how many times its been skimmed you can get your own ported to very high standards for around £800 with a rebuild included off the likes of niel roper etc..

If yours is good, I might be in the market for a cylinder head, if its is good I will pay th going rate.

Bear me in mind if you decide to sell.

from what i see second hand command silly money and you cannot 100% be sure what you are buying as there are many peeps who will have a go at porting there own heads which will 100% of the time give shite results!!

markk thsats what im trying to find out lol. the going rate. what i should expect to pay and what mine is worth.. so i can make a desition what to do with mine. i no of one that might be for sale but dont no what to offer as have no idea what they are worth.
lee TIB has the one off his car for sale but cams are well to big for what i need. might be good for u.

I paid £500 for a good skimmed 2wd head and cams ect earlier this year ,i knew of one it was needed at the time and couldnt be arsed hunting around tbh.

At the time i just got lucky it was a good one so went for it , not too sure on prices as never looked into it but a bare unmolested head must be worth £300+ ??
