Hi guys,
I am going to put 17" Superleggara's on. I was going to go for 7J, but a number of you have gone for the 7.5Js. I currently have 8J Escort Cossie Wheels, but I am sick of replacing arches!!
I don't want to buy 7.5Js and have the same problem ever again.
Also right tyre sizes please would be helpful
Cheers
JJ

The Gold 1's you see above on the blue Saph are 7.5J x 17 mate. They are a 35mm offset with 225/35/17 tyres. Dropped by 25mm.
All of the above with no arch rubbing what so ever.
I think the problem most people have mate is putting on the wrong size tyre and then having trouble with it when it catches.

Thanks for that W4SIM, The car looks mint!
My problem is that the esco wheels are the wrong offset, and too wide, also mine is dumped a little too low!!
7.5J sounds like the way forward.
Thanks again

No worries mate
I wouldnt go 8J if its too low like your saying, especially if the wheels are too wide aswell. You'l be replacing whole wings and quarters!
er ...... how much is it lowered by anyway?

I like the original lattice alloys. I would be able to get a hold of a set of Borbet E's, 16'', wonder if they would look any good on a Saff. Comps are usually the best looking choice for Saff but Im thinking that what would these look in a Moondust Saff:
