Default T34 Turbo

Found some play in the shaft side to side movement where is the best place to send it to get it repaired

its front to back movement that aint good.

TurboTechnics. You pay for the job, properly and once.
CR turbos. More bad interactions than good.

Yea I've also heard that side to side play ain't that bad. I think there is just a bit of side play in a completely new turbos, not much though. But if theres longitudinal play and it makes rattling noise when you move the shaft, then it should be ready for change or repair. This is how I've been told.

Turbotechnics if needed.

There maybe nothing wrong with it though, as already said side to side is OK, as when running it runs centrally on the oil pressure. Front to back is where the wear occurs.
Is there any smoking to suggest turbo wear ?
