215/40W16 or 215/45W16 for my Sapphire
Hi,
which tires will fit my Sapphire Cosworth 4x4 best? I am about to fit the car with Escort Cosworth wheels but don't know which tiresize to choose? 215/40W16 or 215/45W16?
Your comments please

I was thinking about buying the 215/45W16 wheels. Comparred to the std. 205/50W15 size the new wheels will look a little bigger. However, my speedometer will be 2,4% slower.

Be realistic geeza! U deserve a treat!!!.... u've put all that quality time and effort into restoring ya motor..... 18 x 7.5J rims with 215/35R18's will fit..... Toyo Proxes aint that much money and AP Six Pots with 355mm discs are not only gonna save ya life, but give u the most extreme buzz when u touch that pedal...... Just ask anyone with them and they'll tell ya!
U dont have to buy em! But I just want em

sure I want them too.
I thought it was not needed to roll the front archs with the Escos rims?
I was thinking of buying Toyo Proxes T1-s' or BF Goodrich Profiler G-force tires.

Toyo Proxes T1-s' in size 215/40 ZR 16 was ordered last week and the Escort Cosworth wheels was delivered from Ford last week. Now I'm just waiting for the tires to be delivered this Thursday
