Rear window panel removal

How do you remove the black panels on the side of the rear window on a sierra saph please? Tried pulling on it but worried it will break. Maybe from inside but do not want to start pulling it apart any more thn i have to.
Any help appreciated

remove the cloth c piller trims in side the car ,then you will see some bolts to undo i think there is 4 per side
