Default Running lucas 01D142B injectors in place of siemens 83's?

Ok and so the story begins with trying to source some 83's to run with a T4, as some of you may/may not know these siemens injectors are now discontinued and therefore are hard to get a hold of.
I had the chance to buy two sets AFTER i'd already ordered them from fiveomotorsport, but I held out to see what happened, especially since they were loads cheaper than the siemens that some people had for sale.
(I shan't mention the user who wanted 300 for a 2nd hand set)

So I'll cut to the chase, I got an email saying my order of 83's had been shipped from the states (I'd already been told by another user on here after I'd paid that they weren't available from where i'd ordered them from). Anyway it now transpires that they have sent the following email to me;

We have a 83# 850cc Lucas Injector that we are offering to customers in place of the Siemens injector with the part number 01D142B. Please see the picture below and click the link if you would like to read about this injector. It is identical to the Siemens injector and will perform to the same standards. I have the Lucas injector in stock and can ship a set of 4 to you today. The Lucas injector is $40 more expensive than the Siemens injector, but we will honor your original purchase price.

Anyway since I'm not overly bothered about timing to get the car on the road I figure worst case I can bang on greys or get a set of used 83's at some point, plenty needs doing before it'll be run up anyway.

So does anyone in the YB tuning scene know anything about these at all, are they compatable? I intend to ask my mapper obviously but I wanted to put this out there for the masses to help and also to get good and bad feedback. Worst case I'll punt them on or return them.

As long as they are the correct impedance and they physically fit, i don't see a problem in using them?
