Clockwise will make it richer IIRC What chip do you have in the ECU mate?

The idle screw is under the throttlebody, but you idle can also beaffected by an out of calibration TPS.

There is a base idle screw on the T/B as said, if 2WD you will have to loosen the locknut first, be SURE to retighten it properly though otherwise it can fall out and they are hard to replace!

Be careful also with the CO screw, this gets it's name the global mod for good reason, as it subtracts a percentage from the fuel table, so you could end up running lean up the top!

I would also like to know how to calibrate the TPS, I know you have to remove the T/B to do so though! I think there may be an allen screw.

Basically the output should be .5V at wot and around 5V when the throttle begins to open (2WD) 4x4 is the reverse of these figures.

i found that my c/o screw just keeps going no matter the direction and since the ecu does not use a lamba configuration i fitted a o2 sensor to the car but i can seem to get it to work its a autometer kit when i connect the powers the gauges lights up and reads rich but when i connect the signal wire the gauges blanks out cant figure out. and to paul if it s has a standard chip what should be marked on it.
