Another YB - IIRC they fitted a GT turbo to it, but they didn't bother checking there was an oil going to his turbo and ran it on the dyno. Unfortunately for them they'd used the 4x4 oil feed on the head, but that had been blanked off in favour of using the superior 2wd feed from the block. One scap turbo later they discovered the problem - A silly and very costly mistake.

There are a few more things i've discovered about them, but i'd rather not post them up here.

When the 4x4 oil feed in the head has been blanked off, is it then done in the block or in the head? Ive got long studs in my block and the oil feed hole in the middle was blanked of to avoid leaks to the stud. Could that have any affect on the oil feed to the turbo? Because then i need to change it before startup!
