Look at it from a cynical point of view like I do, WHY would it need to be 300 times stronger ?, did no timing belt ever survive before this new type ?
The std material is well up to transmitting enough force to open the valves etc, as it has/does on millions of cars day in day out.
Now ask what material the std belts are made from, usually made from rubber with high tensile fibres of fibreglass, twaron, which is nearly enough identical to KEVLAR, being a para aramid fibre, twaron has been about since 1970 when developed, by AKZO.
You've likely used it already without realising, so NOTHING new 41 years old!!

Makes you wonder how the Touring cars finished a race .
If there was something better than the standard one it would be on mine be assured .

Standard item is rubber/fibreglass.

Remember the belt isn't always the problem, the tensioners can let go!
