Default ARP torque settings

Will someone be able to tell me what the torque settings are for arp con rod bolts and the setting for arp head stud and nut kit?

Thanks for any info

Con Rod bolts - 45 FT LBS WITH ARP LUBE. 65 FT LBS WITH OIL 30wt

Stud and Nut - 80 FT LBS WITH ARP LUBE 120 FT LBS WITH OIL 30wt

If you look for the product on burton power website it tells you in the description.
