Question not enough power from dark greens

Hi,
I wanted to have stage 3 so i bought new bosch dark greens 803 and 3 bar map sensor. I also have new t34 turbo with forge adjustible actuator and new uprated bosch fuel pump. The engine was live mapped using piggy back ECU.
Dyno showed 254bhp and 400Nm of torque @ 1.0 bar. For me it looks just like stage 1. The guy who tuned my car said that he can't get any more power with these injectors becouse they have to small flow rate. He also said that if i want ~330bhp i would need to use at least 500cc injectors.
I'm form Poland.
What's wrong??

803s should flow enough fuel for a easy 330bhp if your engine is healthy.

Should be able to peak at 25psi and hold 20psi with ease.

My engine was completly rebuilt so it's healthy
does anyone know what's flow rate for dark greens?
Does it means that my mecanic just can't manage to tune up cosworth?

im getting 355bhp out of mine, find a new mecanic.
Best with someone whos delt with cosworths before, can do too much damage otherwise.

382cc @ 3bar
why is your boost so low?should be over 1.5 bar.
also is the 254bhp at the wheels?

Did he check the fuel pressure ?, if this is way to low this would explain a lot, the dark greens 0 280 150 803's can do easy 300bhp, find a new tuner.
I had a set that were just cleaned and were at 80% duty at 300bhp(crank), so on the limit, 500cc injectors @ 3 bar will flow 400bhp comfortably, so would be a better bet, as always nice to have them a little underworked.

there's a problem with cosworth mecanics in Poland :/
254 bhp at the wheels.
He said that he can't set higher boost becouse the injectors are too small and they can't supplay enough fuel and i would melt down engine.
I have new Turbosmart fuel pressure regulator with gauge. At idle it's 3.0 bar.
What max EGT do you have on stage 3?

If You mean dark greens bosch injectors, which have number: 0-280-150-803, they flow 411 cc/min at 3bar pressure.
Is commonly known, they are spot on at stage 3 with 330bhp.

sorry I've made a mistake
254 hp is on the flywheel, power loss is 64 hp, power on wheels 190 hp.
i foud this calculator http://www.injector.com/injectorsele...14221c939e691d
according to this i can get only 250hp from 411cc injectors.

They don't all flow that, despite supposedly doing the same amount, there are too many variables, if they've just been cleaned they will often flow less, but be a better matched set.
I've used these on engine dynos as well as rolling roads, they can vary enormously, the last set I had were 80%(actually 82%) duty at around the 300bhp mark, they had just been cleaned ultransonically and were perfect pattern wise, less than 30 mins use between clean and rollers.
