You're best going with the seller matey, or get them from rainbummer instead as he has worked out what springs work well with those shocks

I run 500 front and 250 rear on my race car.

I think we had a thread the other day where we reckoned 300 front and 200 rear would be good for a road car. Of course, if you don't like it you can change in 10 mins and sell the old ones on Ebay.

On AVO's I run 300lb 9" front, and 200lb 12" rear, but find the rear is too soft so going to 250lb rear.

My gas golds have 350 front which are a bit hard for my liking and had 275 on the back but changed to 225 and are much better. I'd prefer a little softer all round if I'm honest for the shitty roads where I live

On the stiff side but should be OK. It's so personal I think. What do you like and what is your car like now?

the car was on similar rates, think the rears were 500 rear and 250 front, only drove it 5 miles and felt ok,as soon as i bought it i stripped it so didnt get used to it.
my last saph was on cheap gaz coilovers and didnt feel too bad but i hardly used that either.

Just go for my racecar set up: 500 front, 250 rear. At least you'll know it'll work for you at Brands

Try having a chat with Martin of reyland motorsport as he seems pretty genned up on things like that, if it mainly for on the road have you considered koni/ahmed set up and a 6 degree rear beam.
