Ecu resistor wattage

Default Ecu resistor wattage

Sierra 2wd ecu
Ok this i think could be comman.
The screw was turned up to high on the ecu.
Tickover i think.
My resistor burnt out.
it reads .33 ohms,wire wound resistor.
The problem is the wattage.
the number for the wattage was burnt out .
could any one have a circuit diagramme or now the fault n resistors wattage i am going on about.
If not i will try a 3watt

You have the right idea starting low, monitor it, if it gets hot then increase the wattage accordingly, unless of course someone can supply the correct information

Done popped a 5% one in.

3.5 watts.

Left it standing high soif it does burn out it will not damage the board.
