HI all,
I wondered if anyone knows the best method for removing rear hubs on a three door as I am restoring mine and I what to replace disc backing plates and bearings?
I have heard that one nut is threaded oppositly to the other?
Thanks for your help. T

What he said, I'm aware some are l/h thread so always check by looking at the tail of the thread, if it tails/ends to the left it is a right hand thread, if it tails to the right it is l/h thread.

also, if you need to hold the hub steady while fiddling with the nut when it's loose, put a disc on (vented) and slot a screwdriver into the vanes until it jams up against something, this way you've got constant pressue rather than needing to hold something in place to sotp the hub from rotating
