I made mine from from alloy sheet, bent it to shape then covered it in high temp material from Listers Motorsport apprantly good for upto 2500 degree's then pushed edging trim around the edges (funnily enough) I looks pretty good but I haven't really got any good photos of it.

Yeah fuck hacking up a standard heatshield I saw that one for 250 quid couldn't believe the price, I've cut mine as it is to clear the strut brace but it's fucked so didn't mind

When I had a strut brace on mine and didn't want to chop the top of the STD heatshield I moved the mounts for the shield up a few inches which then lowered the shield enough to clear the brace. .
