Its a Ford Sierra not an F1 car and besides you cant do over 70mph in this country anyway, all this going fast and racing around is best left to the experts in a safe environment like a proper track.

the touring cars would often reach over 140 mph, and the spoiler actually provides downforce from 40 mph upwards.
