the up pipes-one to the cam cover and the other one to the geniune breather from block

the down pipes the small to return to the oil sump and the bigger free to atmosphere

I have one exactly the same on my 2wd Sapphire. Cannot remember them all, as my car has been in pieces during a rebuild for 5 years now! All going back together at the moment, so I'm referring to pics I took when stripping it.
One of the top pipes is for a breather tube that you need to have fitted to the top of your cam cover (at the back on the battery side).
The other top pipe goes down to the block next to the dizzy.
The big one at the bottom goes to the sump area.

I think! lol I am going on some bad pics from 4-5 years ago and I'm not with the car to look at it right now. I would appreciate if I have this wrong that someone can correct me as I am refitting my engine bay over the next week so will save me making a mistake.

The large one at the bottom - vents to atmosphere
The small one at the bottom - return oil to sump, blow oil level
The top two - one connects to the oiriginal breather
- the other one is controversial lots of folk put into the
cam cover???
I personally connect to the breather port at the otherside of the block

you can get adapters on ebay mate, they are dead cheap, just a machined piece of metal that fits into where the kidney box went. Then you just slot your pipe straight on.
