they work realy well mate as it help with boost drop that happens with weak actuators... but you will need a good boost controller...

i personal love them when running big boost but alot dont they are like marmite lol

if i was you id buy a 2wd manifold and get a reyland external wastegate peice to fit an external wastegate.

Good thing bout externals is you wont suffer with boot dropping off will just be constant at what ever boost you like, You can buy springs from 7-30psi

screamer pipe is a separate pipe coming directly from the wastegate dude, so youve got the deep 2.5-3" exhaust note, then the 38mm-60mm screamer pipe making a nice pitched scream when the wastegate opens on boost

You can make the screamer g back into the exhaust mate, but thats defeating the point as it will be quieter

hope this helps

Yes, I did an external wastegate setup when I went over to the gt30 turbo. It was a pricy package all in all but worth every penny. Like these boys said, your boost is so much more consistant, and much easier to adjust and set up (with the help of a decent boost controller).

The screamer pipe is just the pipe that comes off the wastegate, you could vent it back into the exhaust if you really wanted to, but most people will run the pipe down towards the ground and or bend it round to come out the side. Mine just goes directly down past the steering column and exits just next to the gearbox. They sound spot on when you are at full chat.

Reyland is the place to go. Martin hadland. He does all the kit needed
