surely he can get more than £1500 for it??
im near by. never seen it about.

itl get crushed if he 'schemes' it. can you not drop the engine an buy a £50 pinto and put that in, put some steelies on it and some base model seats.

surely the bonnet, seats, wheels and engine are worth a grand.

well i think he is planning to swap the seats with crap ones, swap the wheels for steelies, swap the bonnet, but not the engine cuz we dont have the tooling or time, and its just not been succesful selling.. had it on ebay for 2800 for a month and had 1 bloke come and look but he offered 1500.. well if we scrap it and get 2k for it that way and sell some of the bits mentioned above he will get 2300-2500 for it that way.. i will go on moneysupermarket now and get a quote and let you all know how rediculous the price is..

Regarding the engine, just drop anything in and get it towed to the dealers, does'nt have to run.

advertise it for 2k if you dont get £2500 for it, i understand ul get maybe £2300 for it on the scrappage, but is it not worth more to keep the car on the road and
sell it to someone who is going to care for it and keep it on the road rather than crush it
