bottom end
Ive got a 205 bottom end in my garage which has been bored to .5, idealy when i come to rebuild my engine id rather have the 200 block. Not going for massive power but more for peice of mind.
How much would it cost to line the 205 block i have ? surley it would be cheaper than sourcing a decent 200 block ?

not looking at doing it yet my block in the coz aint done 60k yet, was just thinking it would prob be cheaper, easier and more reliable than sourcing a 200 block

I wouldn't worry with .5 on a 205 at 450bhp, unless you intend running a tiny turbo at stupid boost levels.
A relinered 205 block will be MUCH more expensive than a 200 block.

always on the hunt for a 200 block but they always abit out my price range, im happy with my setup at the moment may jump up to .55 housing on the 34 though.
Would some 4x4 mahle pistons be fine for what i want in the 205 block though
