A breather would be a good idea at that level of tune

dont go too much above 350 as your transmission wont be too happy!even at 350 i would not launch her off the lights

Stage 1 i had a Breather fitted, opened my Airbox and there were bits of oil in the corner of it..

You,ll need a Breather for the above Spec...

your injectors & 4x4 cooler is the limiting factor in your spec.

if you changed the injectors for siemens 55lbs or greys and change the intercooler for a rs500 type you'd see near 400hp with that turbo

but obviously you will need a new chip if you were to do that

and yes oil breather is recommended, i;d change it even if it wasnt tuned!

with current spec, 340-350hp is about right, but as said, transmission is the weak point beyond 350hp/350 torque

400 bhp it starting to get mega expensive with transmission/brakes your prob looking at 10k!you might as well go for 450 if you going for 400 in a 4x4 cossie!you will also need grp A fuel pump, maybe a multi layer head gasket, although a group A one will prob do!T34 is no longer any good for 450 need a t38,t4 or a gt30!also black seimen injectors and prob a spacer on your inlet plenum

its a bit of a lottery beyond 350/350; a t34 turbo is not idle for 4x4 transmissions due to the huge boost spike in mid rev range

i would use siemens injectors over greys

i must have a very good box i think!
Its done lots of launches at pod (1.7 60fts, so definatly not gentle!) and loads on the road, i am really shocked by how well its lasting, maybe when its been up to you boys again in april it wont last quite so long.

maybe you can try at having the gears shot peened, but i dont know how much difference that will make.

its better just to get a better gearbox or replace 4x4 with 2wd
