bd 10 cam

Hi thinking of putting a bd 10 inlet cam in my 2wd cosworth the engine is a harvey rebuild to standerd spec with t34,greys,044 pump,500 intercoolerand A1 rally chip for greys is it worth doing or not? cheers

Depends what you want from it, every upgrade is worth the money if it does what you want it to m8.

bd 10

Just want the engine to make about 380 to 390 bhp. i've got the rocker cover off and i am changing the cam belt and thought it would be a good idear to make the bhp cheers

Standard cams will be fine for that power mate

you would also need a new chip or a recal if you step away from the engine spec it was written for,

imho, BD10s kill torque for very very minimal bhp gains, personally i would skip them
