I have a slight problem, No. 1 Injector is fully open all the time from the moment you crank it and when it's running.
Have ruled out the injector it's self by swapping them over and the ECU and chip changed them as well.
What could it be? Wiring? If so what am I looking for? If it was a broken wire surely it wouldn't open at all not be wide open all the time.
Cheers Rich

If you have ruled out a dud injector and ecu, that leaves the wiring.
The injectors receive 12v live when the ignition is switched on, the ecu switches the earth to each as needed.
So have a look around for chafed wire that is grounding that goes to no1 injector.
If the loom has recently been patched up a problem that can occur is the no1 and 2 injector lead are the same length as the iscv lead, and these inadvertantly get swapped over, causing continually earth signal(as the iscv is), that's only if it been falling to bits and been taped up wrong.
