T4 will be a waste of time if you cant get the engine to be able to flow the amount of air the t4 will be supplying, are you on a standard head and cams?

i would personally go for a T34.63 you should see a gen 370-380 bhp fit either black Siemens (55 ones will be fine!)or bosh light blues(400's) or greys (403's)although i think if u have a 2wd inlet plenum she will struggle to cope with this flow rate!

i presume you have the other bits in peices ready?like grp a fuel pump and rewire (for peice of mind!)500 type intercooler etc

il have a 044 pump mate and rewire, 403 injectors, Wrc headgasket, sweedish plenum, rs500 cooler, 2wd manifold, -34 actuator, 3" exhaust, 3 bar map etc etc and the chip sorted my stu at msd...

What about cams? what should i get?

I like the sound of a solid 370-380bhp, do you think my internals will take this? and what clutch do you recommend? cheeRS!!

They will run 380 with ease no need to change internals or cams, but as said go for a paddle clutch.

Also check your fuel pump and fan looms if not already rewired.
