Default Winter rebuild need some advice!!!

Hi guys and girls,
i've had my saph for 2 years now and loved every min of it but i think its time to get a bit moor reliability out of it!!! (if its possible)

Its running a t34 with .48 housing, 3bar map, dark greens level 6 ecu, standard cams (which are noisey) 200 block and rs 500 spec rads and the block is wire rung

this was all put together in 1998 buy a previous owner who worked for bailey since then its covered 30k last power run it made 353.3 bhp
it looses no water what so ever and minimal oil with no smoke on start up or boost

Basicly i want to run 400-420bhp and know that it can handle it/be pushed moor in the future!!

ive got my hands on some siemans 83lbs injectors a level 8 ecu and thats about it so this is where i need help what should i look at doing
pistons?
rods?
liners?
lond stud or ap?
any head work?
what cams?
is turbo up to it? was rebuilt about 5k ago
and what to the crank?

ive got a budget of £3000 and realize that i could get all this info from who ever i choose to do the work but would really like to hear what you guys think so any input is much appreciated

forgive my ignorance here; but why are you rebuilding it? - if it aint broke dont fix it.

i would only rebuild it if it actually needs to be rebuilt; if the bottom end is good then why bother? you've already said it uses no water or oil

personally; just whack a new chip in it, bigger injectors and you'll need a t34.63 minimum to get near 400-420hp, otherwise maybe go for a t38

if you really want to rebuild it then

200 block using standard headbolts
standard comp
standard rods
standard mahle with valve cut outs
standard cams or maybe a bd14 inlet and standard exhaust
maybe a slight port on the head (funds permitting)
standard crank but make sure its not been ground loads before
and the normal grp.a h/g

So it's unreliable at the moment?

its not that its unreliable its just lost that kick that it had when i first got it!!!
i know you get used to things but its defo not the same.
so what i'm trying to do is put that big grin back on my face but still keep it reliable!!
(it's been for setups which hasn't made a difference)

plus its done a few miles now and i dont just want to strap bigger injectors/turbo to it and cause my self moor probs and with engine out i can tidy the engine bay.
