piston caliper and master cylinder size

I need some informations for the calipers :

- can someone give me the size of the piston for the sierra 2WD (4 pistons size)
- can someone give me the size of the piston for the sierra 4WD
- can someone give me the size of the piston for the rear
- can someone give me the size of the piston for the master cylinder
