225/50r15 on 4x4 saph

hi,anyone using 225/50/15 tyres on 4x4 saph with standard wheels,do they feel better than the 205s?how bad tramlining?is it only the front arches that need rolled?

Pretty sure the Rouse was fitted with them so i would think they would fit
