gaz coilovers,how do you stop them...
from unseating themselves when you jack the car up?i have the car sitting at the height i want it at,when i jack it up i have to get my hand in there to make sure the springs are sitting in the cups and the cups are also seated properly.is there anything i can do or will i just have to put up with it?

The correct name for them is tender spring, you'll also need a seperator, this goes between the tender and main spring. If you cant find what your looking for on the AVO website, just email them with your enquiry, ive found them to very helpfull in the past. Just tell them your having trouble with your main spring becoming unseated and that you want a low poundage tender spring and seperator to over come this problem

Must admit when I jack my car up they settle straight back in perfectly with no help at all, I keep the top mounting greased though so it doesn't stick, would be better with little helpers in case I'm in a rush and forget to check sometime.

not if the mot inspector sees how mint the car is and doesnt bother with all them checks!it sailed through on tuesday,it got the tracking done 1st and the guy had a look underneath it and seen how mint it was so didnt bother putting it back up on the ramp.ill look into getting them tender springs,they look just the ticket.
