judder after rebuild..??
Jus been for a little run an ive got a judder at speed. Ive had the rear beam off and fitted polybushes, did have a slight judder thru the gearstick before i pulled it in bits, d'ya rekon its jus been amplified by the stiffer set-up..??
Does the diff' need aligning at all, it did go back as it came out..or could it be the do-nut washer in the centre of the shaft..??

The poly bushes do amplify and out of balance, did so terribly on me xr4i, but might be worth trying prop round 1 bolt hole till you get the smoothest, can't see why myself, but some say it works.

ok, yea im with you. Now you mention it, prop was marked up with tippex an i did put it back 'as is'
couldn't be the centre support for the prop then.? How much play should there be in it..seemed a bit baggy to me
