Smile Question for an engine built with longer rods!

we are building 2 engines here in greece.
the first with standard size crank and longer rods (136,5mm) with shorter piston (91,3mm diam.)
and second engine with 82mm crank and standard size rods and pistons.
which one do u think whould be more responsive and why?
i know the best thing was to put liners 92mm piston 137mmrod and a 82 or 85 crank...

please from the experts an answer.

thank you for your help in advance
