Power Steering Fluid Change

What's the best way to change the oil on a power steering rack ?? and what replacement fluid is recommended ??

No problem! I'm nit sure how available ATF is around you since there are a lot of manual gearboxes there. On this side of the pond the choices for ATF are staggering.
