Default Bailey breather set-up help

Just about to order some piping for the breather and come a little stumped, the two top outlets on the breather are around 16mm and the return pipe in the rocker is 20mm so will 20mm pipe tighten up to 16mm??

And the pipe coming from the base of the pot is 12mm and the pipe pictured that goes back into the block is 20mm, what do i do there??

Any advice

the pipe on the pic doesnt go into the block, it goes into the valve cover, so a 16mm hose will fit both.
fot the block there must be another fitting with also a 12mm pipe on it.
tighten a 16mm to 12 is not the best idea...

The pipe in the picture is what goes on the turbo side of the block under the manifold, it's 20mm and the pipe that comes from the breather is 12mm so how will that work??

What does the bailey fitting kit consist of?? i would have bought one but thought what's the point when i want blue hose anyway.

the adaptor pipe you have in the pic replaces the flame trap....

the return under the turbo has a smaller threaded bung to go in...i have a spare pm me your address and il post it to you.

the rc and flame adaptor then plum into the two top ports on the tank

i have enough quip hose to do yours if you want to do a deal? you just need to get some jubilee finishers...

samco hose discolours like hell on the breathers

Chris dont used Blues hosing as it will go a fully colour when used with oil, mine did the exact same thing. Thats unless you are going to get some special lined stuff.

Top 2 pipes go to inlet side and rocker cover and bottom on goes to exhaust side of the black as standard.

Or you can do like I have and use the bottom pipe as a return to the sump [need a fitting welded on] and then the top two go tot he inlet and the exhaust side of the block. Breathes better this way and no ugly pipe coming out of the rocker cover either.

If need any help just pm me your number and i will ring you mate.

Cheers for all the help lads, the rocker i have has an adaptor in it so that way will be used, as for breathing into the sump that will have to come at a later date but something i would be well interested in doing.

You need to buy oil resistant samco hoses I guess... they are a bit pricey though...
