What do you mean normal? Do you know why it is running rich?

Running rich is bad if all the time even when cruising, as it wastes fuel, causes more wear etc.
It could just be a dodgy stat, what is your heater/warm up time like, the CTS might be going duff as they do going out of range, could be a number of things.

if your car is running rich then get it sorted sooner rather than later

Its running a stage 2 chip with greens i know its running rich cause when i first got it moted the emmisions were out cause of the bloke adjusting the fuel mixture. The last mot my mate has didnt check the emmisions cause i knew they were out.So do you think i should get the fuel mixture back to where it should be.Im asking now cause my mot is due soon and i will tell my mate to check it this time and i will adjust it back to where it should be.

If you know what it should be, as you have instructions from chip writer, then adjust to that.
