Ive just bought a set of new gearbox cradle bushes and a collins quickshift adaptor for my 4+4 cossie to solve its very sloppy gearchange .I just wanted to know whats involved in fitting, a few people have said all you need to do is take the gearbox cradle mount off, drop the gearbox down a bit and you can work on it from there but im not sure.It looks like you may have to remove the cradle fully to remove the original gearstick from the rod on the box but im not sure if you can do this without removing the box. Anyone ever done one?

i have just done the same to my saph, best to drop the box from the back and take the whole cradle off so that you can easily refit the bushes and the lever, takes about 45mins. otherwise you will be fighting with it for hours!
