recently aquired Performance Fords old project saph and was wondering what shes worth (new house on the way). Cant tell you what she owes me as done a deal with a E36 325 and cash..
Bit about her, 55K genuine with docs and MOTs to back it up, 358bhp, 17" Azevs, 330mm discs, Konis, Hybrid T28/T4 turbo, greens, WRC gasket, all alloy tanks, swirl pot, oil seperator, Samco hoses, RS500 alloy rad and intercooler, one off stainless exhaust and a full leather and alcantara retrim. De-locked doors and tailgate, only downside is the OTT cool louvres bonnet which is a bit 'Mcdonalds car-park' if you get what i mean!

ill swap ya me rs turbo!...lol....worth a try!.. .....well nice motor it is a shame about that bonnet tho!..get a 4x4 bonnet for it!

I Think valueing it at Ł5500 is having a laugh .......... 55,000 GENUINE miles, fully documented and magazine featured build , service history and all old mots. Ok, so a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it but even with the naff bonnet its got to be worth nearer Ł7000. Try offering any cossie owner with that spec and that miles Ł5500 for his car and you'll be shown the door sharpish

I don't think the bonnet is that bad at all. It's not like the car is lime green or something, I reckon it looks good, and the interior is lush, real nice.

no, its a 2wd.. thought it'd be a bit of a handful but its been done well, real driveable.. the bonnet is very different, theres days i like it and days i cant stand it its been a big talking point at the shows this year.. Oh, and liverpool aint that bad gravedigger some of my best memories are from there!

Its good car that mate. Never worth 6.5-7k tho. People talk bout wat saphs are worth but ask anyone whos tried to sell a cossie and ur usually in for a long wait selling out of magazines and local press, unless uv already got reliable buyer lined up. For a good conditon 2wd saph,not a show car but one thats been used, (most have got 17s and 330 chips by now), id say advertise at 5550k and take 5250. Then again maybe im bein optimistic cos loadsa ppl i no have had to sell ther saphs for around 4750. Thers loads about thats probably the reason, all usually pretty similar spec. loadsa saphs bein broken now as well cos ther worth nearly as much in bits if they fail an mot in spectacular fashion.
