Default 4x4 service questions, quick ones

Few quick questions regarding to the servicing of my saff that I will get on with soon:

Does the 4x4 cosworth engine have a replaceable sump plug washer?

Does it have an air bleed when it comes to refilling the coolant system?

If I upgrade to a group a coil from my standard one, will I need the car setting up? as i am fiitng ne plugs too, gap size? (20 psi stage 3 )

Cheers guys, much appreciated, possible more to follow
