Default fitting an intercooler

hiya guys this is just a general query about ic's. i have recently fitted a nice medium sized cooler to my zetec turbo, but i have used 6 63mm 90degree bends and one 45degree bend, i am only running 7-8psi boost max, would all these bends have a negative effect on the air flow?its just on my car (mondeo) these is absolutely no other way of routing the pipes

any advice would be much appreciated.

ps mods i know its not cossy related but im not having much luck from the zetec guys!thanks
