Replace Leads, Plugs, Rotor Arm, Cap, Coil.. in that order, until it goes..
Make sure the plugs are gapped right.. and that they're the right plugs!

well i think ive found the problem. i made up a gauge and put it in my intercooler hot side pipe and put 25 psi pressure in there to check for air leeks and found some its a good way to check i found all my leeks easy
anyway i had 2 new guages on my testing gear and they both read 25 psi but when i lookd at the boost gauge in the car it was only reading 20 psi so gauge is fooked, so its backfiring because im touching 30 psi and map sensor is out of scope.

Don't think your theory on the MAP sensor is right though
Mine peaks at 35psi and I don't get any miss fire using 3 bar MAP sensor
