its not the frikinabs loom..lol
jon am really sorry to break ur heart, but its not the code for the abs loom..i have just gone down to see and the out come is..the part number is attached to the ecu loom the fords sticker is about 6" away from the connector plug. i have taken some photos to show you, cos i know how use lads love to be right,.,...lolol..

so problem is now.. if that is coming up as an abs loom then there is some mad f*** up somewhere..!!!!!
i must admit i did not ask the guy at fords what part ov the loom it was.

The number you gave me deffo came up as the ABS loom and not the engine loom.
Have you taken the other brain connector off the ABS ECU to see if it matches the pin-out on the first page of this overly long saga ?
PS the engine loom should have a 3 way and a 5 way plug near to the ECU connector. Has either your engine loom or ABS loom got these ?

i know what you mean about the long saga bit...but i tell you what when i get to the bottom ov this..it might help some poor sod out in the future,
yeah jon i took the other abs connector out its defo the abs..nearlly all the pins on that are used, i have defo not got them mixed..come on give me some credit,
i had to double check tho..haha
and yes there is a three pin plug near the ecu connector,
i will take some better pic tomoz wid my camera,not me dads..lol
it was a bit dark anyways..

volume 2 ov this book we are writing should be ready for early next month. i might call it the night of the living cosworth, part 2..
