Engine - £600
I've just had a new piper 285t2 cam with a little bit of extra work done & anti pump lifters fitted which has cost just shy of £500 plus the whole engine has had around £5k - £5,500 worth of work done to it.
The bottom end has been bored out to 1657 cc, it's been lightened & balanced. It's running accralite pistons & the block has been wire rung & the compression has been lowered to 7.5:1. The head has been fully flowed & ported, it got large valves & bronze valve guides. The cam is a piper 285T2 with a little extra work done to it which is brand new and the followers are brand spanking new and are also anti pump jobbies. The pulley has also been changed as well.
It will also come with the inlet manifold which has been matched to the ports as well & the charge carrier
I've got the receipts for the build when it was first done & I've got power graphs for a proven 205bhp & 250lb/ft of torque running on the MFI management which was running a ahmed bayjoo stage 2 low comp chip & 4 x 4 cossie turbo with .48 rear housing which to get that sort of torque out of that is quite impressive. I've got it on video on a rolling road trying to jump out of the rollers rolling road days & worrying enough anyway I sh!t myself when that happened
I do need to get a new head gasket for it and put it back together as I haven't had that done yet since having the head done.
I was was only running MFI management change that to a decent management (cossie, omex etc etc) I don't see it being a problem to get around 270 - 280 bhp with the torque to match if not more.
Turbo has already been sold

No rust on either of the doors that I can see but I think it may be starting to go under the outer rubber sills at the bottom of the window.
Again if interested make me an offer as will consider anything sensible.
gti6steve The clutch looks like it may be on it's way but if that falls through I'll give you first dibs. Unfortunately don't have the panel that will replace the air vents either.
Any other questions please shout
