i now have for sale my big spec 2.1zvh engine for sale. it has just been fully rebuilt with receipt to prove! done 0 miles at all, head and sump are still off for any inspection!

Engine spec includes:-

Re-bored to 2.1
Forged calibra turbo low compression pistons
H section steel rods with uprated bolts
Crank re ground and balanced
Uprated big and little ends
Block skimmed
New oil spray bars
New oil pump
Flywheel lightened and balanced
All new gaskets etc

Stg3 ported polished EFI Cylinder head:-
Skimmed
valves re-seated
uprated head gasket etc

As stated before this has all just been rebuilt!!! Open to SENSIBLE offers over 2k, this is a big spec engine which was built will the intention of running over 300bhp! this is a bombproof engine, ideal for any rs turbo looking to run big power ! have the receipt to prove it has just been rebuilt, and the engineer says you are quite welcome to ring him with any questions etc!

This was a very quick Rs turbo and the engine was really sweet even B4 it got re-built.

If the guy who asked me about this engine was going to buy it. Both myself and the customer would like to know that it has been built by someone who has an understanding for ZT and engine building in general.

Also how have you seen this engine move the car and sound awesome if it is in two halfs and has not done 0 miles. I take it you ment before it was rebuilt but surely its a different engine now?

Yes ok then, I saw the engine move the car and sound awesome in it's previous guise. Now it's been built to a better spec, it should go even quicker.

What if the owner has built it himself and happens to know quite a lot about ZVH engines but is relatively unknown or unheard of? Does that make it any less of a good engine than if it was built by Ian Howell for example?

No not at all. But thats exactly the question, WHO built it.

Need to know that the engine was built properly, if the owner built it himself then i would like to talk with the owner/builder to find out how well it was built by asking a few simple questions that will be easy to explain if built right.

a place called road and rally built the engine! who ever is interested in the engine is quite welcome to give them a ring for the spec etc! the engine was rebuilt as the previous owner had only put std calibra pistons in! engine is now fully rebuilt to a very good spec, i had the engine built with the intent to put it in my car and had already booked a live mapping with stuart and kenny at motorsport! due to loss of interest i decided to put the car back to 1.6, std management etc to sell. thats why tyhe engine is up for sale!!!!
engine was built to run over 300bhp, with cossie managment t34 etc! the engine is a well built bomb proof engine good to go in any rs turbo wanting to run big power!

Cheers for the comments daz, who ever buys the engine is getting a bargain, as it costs alot more than that to build one with same spec! the car did go well b4 the rebuild and that was only running 15 psi, 270bhp now with the correct pistons and proper rebuild should be awsome when fitted to another car
