Cool [Engine] 200 block,ported,Big Wng,cp pist,ISKY,EECIV Plen,1000cc inj,Mtl HG,CP pist

Engine

200 block, no cracks anyhwere, A1 condition, +.25mm bore, not Turkish
New 2wd Big Wing Sump, baffled and gated, modified 4x4 pick-up pipe & oil pump , -10 fitting in side for catch tank return.
Std Grind A1 Crank
Std A1 Rods
New CP 7.2:1 Pistons w/ cut-outs +.25mm (receipt for £700 ish IIRC)
New Reyland Steel head gasket (block and head skimmed when built)
New Std Headbolts
Ported & Polished 4x4 head (IIRC 25/26mm inlet and 24mm outlet, measured 138.8 IIRC before skim..plenty of meat left in it)
Inlet Trumpet section ported, polished and matched to head
New Cometic top end gasket set
New Std lifters
ISKY double valve springs
BD14 inlet with trigger hole machined in end of cam
EECIV Plenum cover ported, tapped for BT ACT sensor
EECIV Throttle body & ISCV, as new 70mm
1000cc MSD/Rochester Injectors (Flow matched by boschman & passed within tolerance )
2wd std exhaust manifold (shot blasted, Aluminised coated & heat lagged with f/glass lag, stainless ties....what a job, never again!)
New exhause head studs, stainless washers & bolts.
New turbo bolts
Turbonetics Ceramic ball bearing T4 .63 Comp .83 Exh with enlarged wastegate work done. Specific Julian Godfrey turbo known as JGE 60...good for 450-550bhp according to Scott @JG.
Turbo hanger to suit above turbo, stainless
2wd oil feed line
Std good condition leads
New phase sensor/crank sensor
Reyland Stainless Pulley bolts
2x breather ports fitted, one under knock sensor area (threaded adapotr with barbed section for hose) and one near std flame trap area (alloy tube inserted into block for hose).
Shotblast water pump housing (looks better than new)
GGR adj cam pulleys
Lightened Flywheel & new bolts (in box ready to fit)
2wd dipstick & tube
2wd powdercoated engine arms, also got set std grubby 4x4 arms.

Rocker cover currently not gasket'd up as I run the oil pump up overy now and then to keep it lubed in the right places.
Throttle body needs gasket and bolting up.
Various other bits are with the engine but need fitting like phase sensor, alt tensioner brkt, damper top half of exhaust manifold & turbo require assembly (rested in place on pics).
C/w water pump pulley, pas bracketry & pump, thermostat, rocker gasket & half moons, fuel rail (EECIV) all still to fit.
Actuator in top pic is not with engine, just rested it in place to take a pic and measure bonnet clearance.

Tall block fully Built by Martin@ reyland including rebore to .25

£4800 ovvvvvno

Cheers
Dan

yes timed up right by martin @ reyland with a dti gauge I saw it myself...thats the purpose of the adj verniers to get best cam position between teeth increments.

All work done is to a very high standard by Martin, very pleased with engine but have to sell to fund business venture.

Cheers

No mate, fresh as colgate

I ran the oil pump up regularly to keep it all lubed up inside, engine had been built 6-8 months, kept in my heated garage sealed up in a pair of bin liners.

Just requires a little assembly of the bolt on bits like pulleys and such.

Cheers

Yeah the whole car was going to be good spec but need the readies to get a business started so it had to go

Painful decision but in the grand sceme of things a 15k pile of bits in the garage is a great jumpstart for a fledgling business.

Marco if you need any bits you know where I am! still got loads left
Good bits too

Yeah its good news, got a fair price for it considering who built it and the spec.....hard decision but the right one I think/hope.

I might be knocking on your door in a few years with a wad of cash saying build me a monster if this all works out so there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for answering peoples telephone queries about the engine too...I realise your time isnt free so anyhting you need give me a bell.

Possibly, it's a 3 axis mini Mill...Me and a friend have designed it to be a class leader and well priced...basically gives you roughly 200x200x120 area to machine from ally, plastics, engrave, pcb making etc.....

Would be good to engrave reyland in to stuff you have made or buy in.

Possibly machine your own bells too if they fit in the footprint

If you want a demo of one I'll gladly bring one down and give a quick blast to show you the capabilities of the thing....Quite astounding really for the money..

I'm raising the funds for the machinery required to fully manufacture them in house, just buying in raw materials to maximise profit margin....after all I am a manufacturing engineer by trade so be a crime not to.

Estimate 100k turnover year one (probably more but using other peoples sales figures on crap machines as a benchmark), 6k investment from me and my mate for stock and machinery.... 100% profit margin possibly more when we can afford to buy bulk materials so ~50k profit year 1 . Already working on next size up machine and a package for schools and colleges with pre-writen coursework and activities so that should help sales.

Sorry to ramble..
