any more info on the engine mate ? wether it's been bored out or anything and condishion of the head and location mate as you don't sound all that far from me

Hi not sure on the bore as it was rebuilt before i got the car but the oil presure is very good dont use oil and im near peterborough

my m8 should have bought this, the one he went for instead was a rebuilt un run motor when it was started the bottom end failed, on inspection some numpty had put the big end bearings in the wrong way round blocking the oil feed holes in the process!!

any idea on height of the head, if you take rocker off you can just get some calipers on the lip at back of head.
