that is why you have to use a piece alloy bar to mount the rad to the i/c.

i have a Radtech and they are made llike that to make it fit, if you were to try and fit the pace one for sale above,you will really struggle to fit it to an escort cosworth.

Don't see how you had problems TBH here's how they fit on a esc and its a 60mm cooler -




The mounts on a esc cos are almost only spot welded on to the chassis rail so IMO i wouldn't like to hang a cooler and rad filled with water on the little bracket because if it snaps they will drop on the floor and fook your engine.

and if you think Radtec fitment is 'rubbish' you should watch you ACT with what you've bought
