Hi, I've gone and lost my spare key with remote

Can anyone advise best way to purchase a new key with FOB for my 2006 mondeo rather than going to ford dealer. I've been quoted anything from £80 -£133. must be a cheaper way.

I've looked on ebay but seems i need to programme remote ?? is this a problem ??

 

If it's a non remote key you can buy a key, get it cut, and program (Pair) it yourself.

I can never remember whether for the remote whether or not you need Ford to do it.

Are there no vehicle key specialists in your area? buy the fob off ebay, take it to them and they will program it.
