st200 not locking.

as above. the car lock's then automatically open's it's self. anybody had the same problem??

Central locking control module is fubar, mine does the same. locks fine off the key.

still does the same when locked with the key. i should be getting a 2.0ltr si at the wkend so i'll rob some spare's off it. whereabout's is the module?

If it is trying to lock then it is not the central locking module. Most likely cause is a faulty.motor in one ofhe doors. Sit in the car tryto lock it and see which one.isnt.locking. Then change that mmotor over.

Have you tried the passenger door with the key? Give it a good greasing up it might have siezed a bit.

It's solid. I unplugged the wiring an it now lock's. I'll try some oil around the lock an see what happens.
