Is it my eyes or is it missing the deflectors in front of rear wheels ?
Is the rear spoiler the right one as I don't remember there being a gap on my dads ?
Nice car though I like these even the original wheels.

yes the spats on the rear arches are missing, they'll be going back on soon. The spoiler is the original, i can only assume ford made quite a few changes as the model progressed as it also has the 5 speed box

I spoke to my dad his defo did not have the same spoiler as there was no gap.
His was german spec RHD for forces though so don't know if a bit different with german gear ?

lookin good! mine has had nowhere near that kind of resto, just the wings so far! keep it as it is you say?! there goes my plans for a HUUUUGE spoiler, MASSSSIVE bonnet vent and 30" rims lol. i still have the original plug leads and plugs for this car! the only mods it may get is some half decent sus and some carbs, of course keeping all the parts to make it back to original. I have a pair of Weber twin 40 DCNF's on a CVH manifold which will just bolt on without cutting the heater fan box to pieces to fit, or they might be for sale!
